Go Red For Women

Christy Futrell and her band of supporters put together a fun-filled night for the American Heart Association‘s “Go Red for Women.” This event was equivalent to any New York fashion show with Macy’s as the national sponsor providing outfits for the talented lineup of local business leaders and youth participants.
During the midway break, patrons were asked to make a donation to the AHA and for donations at or above $100, each would receive a bracelet and necklace from Robert’s Jewelry. So many people stepped up to the challenge that additional gift bags needed to be ordered. Approximately $10,000 was raised that evening. This was a very uplifiting night organized by a dedicated group of staff and supporters.
