The 19th Annual Fur Ball supporting the Jackson-Madison County Humane Society was held at the Jackson Country Club to a full house of supporters. Sponsors were Bruce & Dottie Dorris, Antonia’s Paw Spa, City of Jackson & Outback. Upon arrival was Mitch Carter providing photo opportunities and Rhino Limo offering rides home if necessary.

After viewing the silent auction items, guests were served, which led to great conversation as people introduced themselves to new acquaintances. The Blues Band of Joe McKinney had a great singer that kept the floor full of dancers. Lynn Caldwell acknowledged the supporters and thanked the guests for their attendance. The Fur Ball Parade of adoptable animals is always a hit as they are displayed table by table.
