On Thursday, March 30 the Regional Inter-Faith Association (RIFA) held its second annual Empty Bowls Donor Appreciation. It was an evening to honor the organization’s major donors by inviting them to visit and take a tour of their offices, warehouse, thrift store and soup kitchen.

The guests dined on delicious soups in the RIFA Soup Kitchen served to them by RIFA board members, listened to live music and were given a bowl handmade by a local potter to take home as a thank-you and memento from the evening.

It was a special night of fellowship, good food and expressing thankfulness to those in this community who are making a difference through RIFA.
