Lights Camera Fashion

A large crowd gathered at the Carl Perkins Civic Center on Thursday night, February 17th, to cheer on the models of the 11th Annual Lights Camera Fashion Runway Event. This special event, presented by My Best Friend Jenna, is the Mid-South’s largest prom runway fashion show which also raises money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The 53 models for 2022 were all West Tennessee high school students chosen from hundreds of applicants. The models spent the last few months building new relationships and learning modeling techniques while developing their own creative strategies to raise money for St. Jude.
This year’s record-breaking event raised more than $210,000 to be presented to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital! Much of this total was raised by the models themselves, including Macie Nuckolls, who raised over $21,000, and Olivia Overton, who raised over $18,000. Other awards included Top Runway Model Blair Driver, Crowd Favorite Macie Nuckolls, and Most Photogenic Addy Measley. Jenna Hamilton King of My Best Friend, creator of Lights Camera Fashion, was also recognized by St. Jude for her hard work to raise so much money through this wonderful event. She is grateful for all the dedication and hard work of so many who make the show possible. Visit mybestfriendjenna.com or follow @mybestfriendjenna on social media to learn more.
