Scarlet Rope Songwriters Night
Some friends of the Scarlet Rope Project hosted a special fundraiser at the home of Kelly and Flint Cox on Thursday evening, May 12. Songwriters Night was a lovely evening full of music and beauty for all who attended. Guests were invited to enjoy cocktails while exploring the beautifully decorated home of Kelly and Flint Cox, nestled on a wooded hilltop with stunning spaces both indoors and outdoors. Later in the evening, everyone enjoyed performances by Tim James and Danny Myrick from Nashville.
Songwriters Night was a sold-out event that raised over $75,000 for the Scarlet Rope Project. The Scarlet Rope Project is a 2-year trauma-informed healing program for survivors of sex trafficking. They are currently in the process of building a new safe house that will accomodate more survivors at one time.
