The Jackson Symphony League hosted the 22nd Annual Crystal Ball at the Carl Perkins Civic Center on January 27. The evening was presented by Roberts Jewelers and featured dinner, drinks, and a spectacular live and silent auction. Guests, dressed in evening attire, could also enjoy dancing and music performed by Nashville’s Number-One Party Band.

The Crystal Ball is held each January in support of the Jackson Symphony. The funds raised through this event benefit the Jackson Symphony’s many programs. These programs range from Music in Healing, a program that brings music to the Jackson-Madison County Hospital and the Kirkland Cancer Center, to the newly launched Jackson Symphony Music Academy, which provides music education to over 200 children in the region.

The event also highlighted students serving as Jackson Symphony League Ambassadors. The program allows high school students to volunteer at concerts and events for community service hours with the Jackson Symphony.
