A Southern Speakeasy

The New Southern Hotel in downtown Jackson was host to the first 2016 fundraiser for the Jackson Symphony. This year’s theme was “A Southern Speakeasy” where guests came dressed in their roaring 20s dresses and suits. There was a great party atmosphere as guests filled the downstairs hall and were greeted with a glass of Champagne.
Jackson band “Music Stew” played due to the scheduled band from New York being snowed in at home. The dance floor filled up quickly as the band played and people were ready for a fun time. This well attended event was a very good start of the 2016 season.
