RIFA Canstruction with Shane & Shane

RIFA Canstruction 2018 was off and running this year with displays of “ shock and wonder” as some defied the laws of gravity. There was a two-finger split baseball hand structure, a shark coming up out of the water with his big mouth open and numerous structures that made you say “Wow!”. All of the structures were huge contributions that the RIFA Food Bank needs.
The entertainment for this event was the three-time DOVE Awards recipients “Shane & Shane”. They are primarily known for their acoustic praise and worship songs. Out front was a new bus called “Bus Stop Café,” whose mission is to take meals to kids in the most vulnerable areas of Jackson. Meals go to 300 children each week day for eight weeks, totaling 12,000 meals served from this bus!
